To return your product, you should mail your product to: 15 Greyfriars Gardens, St. Andrews, FIF, KY16 9HG, UK
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

It is important that you return all parts of the item and all packaging, which must be intact and in re-saleable condition. Do not use the product packaging as the outer packaging and this will render it damaged and unsuitable for resale.

We always recommend you obtain proof of purchase and we do not take any responsibility for the item while it is in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
​
Please note that this Returns and Refund policy does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

SHIPPING PRICES & TIMES

We use a combination of Royal Mail and occasionally couriers and ship next day. Estimated delivery time is 1 - 4 days.

We currently deliver to the UK. If you would like delivery to another part of the world please email spoiledadmin@btinternet.com or call us on +44 1334 470564 and we will quote for delivery and invoice you.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
​
Faulty Goods
​
Our policy lasts 14 days for faulty goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for faulty goods.
​
Goods not meeting expectations
​
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.

The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.
​
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for resale, which must not be used as the outer packaging for your mailing purposes.
​
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Magazines
Earrings (or other piercings)
Gift cards
Custom or made-to-order items
Returns must be notified to us in advance via email, with the explanation of the reason for the return. Do not send goods without our prior knowledge. We require a receipt as proof of purchase and will not accept a return without a receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

1. Book with obvious signs of use
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Receiving your refund
​
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
​
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
